Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Email us at krixonet@gmail.com before returning
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return

Things to Keep in Mind

  • We do not accept returns for toys damaged due to misuse.
